Male pup in need of foster

This male puppy showed up at my friend - Dave's house yesterday morning. We assumed someone intentionally dumped him (because Dave has two pits one female inside and one male kenneled outside during the day) and we thought that maybe someone noticed that and left him intentionally. Well this morning when I posted him on the CDT message board I found him posted by another individual on 4/17. So I posted anyway and said that now I'm looking for a foster home.

Details

• We're guessing approximately 3 months old (based off of his teeth development)
  
• Intact
  
• His coat is fairly thick and long so we're guessing he's been outside most of the winter
  
• Dog friendly
  
• At the moment he's staying in the outside kennel with another male pit bull (@ 1 year old)
  
• When he met our dog, his fur was standing up, but after they got to sniff each other he went into a play bow and was just fine.
  

Unfortunately Dave cannot keep him. We bought the puppy some food last night and said that we would until we could find him a home. Dave already wanting to give us the 1 year old male dog that one of his friends dumped on him last fall (but we have two females ourselves).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We have found this pup a home in Franklin.
